About Us

Baki Ates  is the owner and manager of Roos Only and has worked with Subaru for over 34 years. Since 1988, when He opened Roos Only, he worked with more then 60,000 Subaru owners. Baki is a Master ASE Certified Auto. Technician and has attended the Automotive Mechanics Training School, at the Denver Institute of Technology in Denver, now called the Westwood College of Technology. After finishing school, he worked as the Subaru head technician at George Irvin Subaru, Osborn Subaru, and Short line Subaru for a cumulative total of 18 years. He has graduated from R.L.O'Connor & Associates, Inc., Management Success course, and has taken various management courses, an automotive management training school.

Deniz Ates  is currently working with us as our office manager. She graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in public relations.

Travis Emery is our company Service Advisor, and has 12 yrs of Subaru experience. Travis graduated from  R.L.O'Connor & Associates, Inc., Service Advisor courses along with Subaru of America Service Tech's trainings. He has been with our company for over 8 yrs.

Greg Bachman  is the Master ASE Certified Head, Subaru trained technician, 17 years of experience. Greg has been with us now for five years.

Seid Hahmedov  is an Auto Tech Trainer, graduated with Auto Repair Specialty, three years working with us.

Whitney Glover  is the service writer, nine years Subaru trained experience, three years working with us.
